How do I reset my online banking password?

To reset your online banking password:

  1. Go to the login page and click on "Forgot Password"

How do I report a lost or stolen debit/credit card?

If your card is lost or stolen, it's important to report it immediately:

  • Call our 24/7 Card Services line at 1-800-555-5678
  • Log in to online banking and select "Report Lost/Stolen Card" under the Card Services menu
  • Visit any branch location with proper identification

After reporting, a new card will be issued and sent to your address on file within 7-10 business days.

What are the daily ATM withdrawal and purchase limits?

Standard daily limits for East Credit Union debit cards are:

  • ATM Withdrawals: $500 per day
  • Point-of-Sale Purchases: $2,500 per day

These limits may vary based on your account type and relationship with the bank. You can request a temporary or permanent limit increase by calling customer service or visiting a branch.

How do I set up direct deposit?

To set up direct deposit:

  1. Log in to online banking and select "Account Services"
  2. Choose "Direct Deposit Information"
  3. Print or download the pre-filled direct deposit form
  4. Provide this form to your employer or benefit provider

You'll need to provide your employer with your account number and our routing number: 123456789. Most direct deposits begin within 1-2 payment cycles after submission.

How long does it take for a mobile deposit to be available?

Mobile deposits made before 8:00 PM ET on business days are typically processed the same day. Funds availability depends on your account standing and the type of check:

  • The first $225 is generally available the next business day
  • Remaining funds are usually available within 2 business days
  • New accounts may have longer hold times
